Do you store customer data from my Salesforce instance?
No. We do not store your customer data from Salesforce or any other system that you integrate with our platform. In this case, think of Rattle as a middleware between Salesforce and your messaging software. We simply act as a conduit and do not store PII data in our systems at any point.
What is included in the Rattle platform fee?
The Rattle platform fee includes a comprehensive initial onboarding process to ensure you're set up for success right from the start. You'll also receive ongoing support to troubleshoot any issues and optimize your experience.
For those on Pro or Premium packages, you'll benefit from a designated Customer Success Manager. This person will be your the primary point of contact, offering priority support through both email and Slack channels. Additionally, your CSM will collaborate with you to meet your specific business objectives.
Do you offer a monthly subscription?
We do not. Since we need to invest resources at the beginning to effectively onboard an account, we only offer annual plans.
How do you calculate number of users?
“User” is defined as each member of your organization who receives a direct or group message or interacts with a button generated by Rattle in your system of engagement (i.e., Slack or Teams).
Will you sing for me on my birthday?
If you are on our most expensive plan, you bet we will.
