How do you calculate number of users?

For an organization member to qualify as a user, she needs to fulfill any of the following 3 criteria -

1. Takes an action in Salesforce that will trigger an alert in Slack
2. Gets an alert as a direct message in Slack
3. Engages with the Slack alert using action buttons

For example, if you set an alert for when an opportunity is moved to the stage "closed won" in Salesforce and this alert is being sent to a channel in Slack with 100 members in it. Now if only 10 people can change the stage to "closed won" in Salesforce & subsequently trigger the alert, user count will be 10 and not 100.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes, we offer a free 1-week trial. Not only that, someone from our team will onboard you 1:1 at the start of the trial & share best practices relevant to your team - to make sure you are set up for success.

Do you offer monthly subscription?

No. Since we need to invest resources at the beginning to onboard an account effectively, we only offer annual plans.

Do you store customer data from my Salesforce instance?

No. We do not store your customer data from Salesforce or any other system that you integrate with our platform. Think of Rattle as a middleware between Salesforce & Slack. We simply act as a conduit and do not store PII data in our systems at any point.
