We’ve got your back through all this chaos.
You may have heard: soon, Troops.ai will be no more.
There's not much time, so let's get to the point.
Rattle is easier to use, set up, and manage than Troops. Our quality of support and all-around roadmap are stronger, and overall vision is better. Our logo is cuter, too.
And other than the last bit — which is obvious — all of this has been codified in our G2 comparison page.
Now, Salesforce is pushing Troops users to their tool, Slack Elevate, and this tool just doesn't cut it, on a lot of levels.
Let’s save those workflows.
We can help you work faster, work smarter, and work together in ways Elevate can't.

3 reasons (of many) Slack Elevate isn’t worth your time
1) It’s far more expensive
Try not to spit out your beverage on this one. Elevate is charging $60 a seat, which also includes the possible need to bring your entire organization over to Slack Business+ at an additional cost per head.
2) It doesn’t solve core issues
Elevate is quite clearly a rather run-of-the-mill sales productivity tool. It is aimed to help move deals through the pipe at an individual-level. Sounds OK, until you realize this doesn’t address the underlying gaps that have been proven time and again to cost your business money. If you're looking to dispose of the gaps in your sales processes, or work more closely as a team, Elevate won't help you do that.
3) It’s not us
This may be one of the only things Elevate has in common with Troops: It's not Rattle. That means it doesn't support every field and object, it doesn't have Deal Rooms (which, in our case, are both dynamic and provide A.I. summaries) and its roadmap is not in parity with where we are now (let alone, where we're going to be in six weeks).
As one reviewer said of Elevate, it's "nothing special."
We can assure you, we're building something special over here.
Three reasons you’ll love using Rattle:
No change management
Every tool is built to drop into the way you work now and start improving your results ASAP.
No coding — at all, ever
Not even the teensiest bit of technical acumen is required to integrate and deploy any of our tools.
No flying solo
If you’ve got a goal, we’ve probably already got a solution waiting for you in The Playbook.
