For too long, Salesforce and Slack have been a tale of star-crossed lovers, their paths only briefly crossing throughout the workflow before being sequestered back to their respective houses of CRM and Productivity. What we want to see is a powerful romance between the two, where they work in total unity to help you close more deals and keep everyone in the loop without having to constantly circle back until the world itself stops circling. How The Slack and Salesforce Integration Currently Works

  • Be able to connect Salesforce with other apps inside of Slack, such as Google Calendar or Outreach
  • Get collaborative feedback on Salesforce decisions inside of Slack, such as requesting approvals 

Effectively, our Slack workspace should always be able to function as our digital office hub, and a full Salesforce integration would mean that we could collaborate on most aspects of our customer pipeline right inside of Slack.
